At Madrid Fly we strive to make communication inclusive and effective for everyone, especially for our clients with deafness.
We understand the importance of a clear understanding of the safety briefing and flight instructions. Therefore, our instructors provide visual aids to ensure a complete and safe flight experience. Also inside the tunnel we cannot communicate verbally and all users wear earplugs so we communicate with all flyers with a clear and simple sign system.
We want all our customers to enjoy the thrill of flight with total peace of mind and without communication barriers.
MUTISM
Madrid Fly understands that each client is unique, and this includes those with mutism.
The flight experience is designed to be enjoyed without the need to speak, allowing participants to feel free and express themselves through the thrill of flight.
Our instructors are trained to use methods of communication that do not rely on voice, ensuring that everyone can receive clear instructions and fully understand the flight experience.
